Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
- Upon landing at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by a representative from King Benny Adventures.
- Transfer to your accommodation in Arusha for a safari briefing and some time to rest after your journey.
- In the afternoon, embark on a guided city tour, where you’ll explore the vibrant Maasai Market, local craft shops, and cultural centers that showcase the region’s rich heritage.
- Return to your accommodation for an overnight stay, preparing for your safari adventure ahead.
Day 2-3: Arusha National Park Safari (Approx. $1,300)
- After an early breakfast, set off for Arusha National Park, located just a short drive from the city.
- Begin your safari in this park known for its breathtaking landscapes, ranging from savannas to lush forests. Spot giraffes, zebras, flamingos, and an array of bird species along the way.
- Enjoy game drives through the scenic Ngurdoto Crater or the serene Momella Lakes, both offering prime opportunities to see diverse wildlife.
- Take a thrilling guided walk with a park ranger, where you can explore the forested trails and take in stunning vistas of Mount Meru.
- Pause for a picnic lunch in a designated spot surrounded by nature’s beauty.
- In the afternoon, visit a panoramic viewpoint on Mount Meru, offering magnificent views of the park and beyond.
- After your safari, return to Arusha. You can opt to visit the renowned Cultural Heritage Center or savor the local cuisine at one of the city’s authentic restaurants.
- Later, you’ll be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport for your departure, or choose to extend your stay and explore more of Arusha
